  • International Investment Our lawyers assisted clients in investing in foreign countries such as China, Hong Kong and other Asian countries.   • International Dispute resolution We helped clients in resolving a broad range of international disputes, including disputes arising from global transactions and litigate international issues in domestic and foreign courts throughout the world. In particular, our lawyers are very experienced in international disputes in China. We regularly work with local counsel in protecting our clients' interests in judicial and regulatory proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.

  • China Many of our lawyers have been licensed to practice law in China for many years and therefore we have a China practice covering a broad range of clients and matters.   • Chinese Antidumping Proceedings We have extensive experience in representing foreign clients in Chinese antidumping cases. Our lawyers have successfully represented Russian and Japanese companies in the 2nd and 4th Chinese antidumping cases, with one Russian company getting a 0% margin rate and the other Russian company a single digit rate effectively preserving their Chinese markets in the following five years.
